Power package

Power is one of the basic motor abilities, and is characterized as the ability to overcome resistance when performing movements. Our power package includes basic strength exercises, which cover the whole body. So it consists of complex multi-joint exercises that involve large muscle parties, but also auxiliary strength exercises that work more focused on target muscle groups. The training is intended for everyone, it is conducted with supervision and correction 3-4 times a week for 1 hour.

Slim package

The growing problem of modern life brings us to two things .. The first is increased obesity, and the other is the lack of time for physical activity. Does training in the gym take too long? Our slim training package, lasts from 30 minutes to 1 hour, 3 times a week. Everyone can set aside so much time for themselves and their body. The package, intended for both men and women, is implemented individually with each of the clients.

Functional package

Both children and adults are increasingly witnessing the existence of certain deformities and imbalances in muscle function. Exercises are done with the help of various props and certain special methods, and all with the aim of correcting the posture. It is conducted 3 times a week for 1 hour.

Start package

It's never too late to start exercising and taking care of yourself. If you haven't been active for a long time, or you've never tried a training video before, then this package is ideal for you. Training package, designed to contain elements of mobility, strength and endurance. It activates the muscles of the whole body, thus creating an excellent basis for further activities. It is conducted 2-3 times a week, for 1 hour.

Kids package

The biggest problem that occurs in early childhood are deformities. Primarily deformities of the spine and feet. In our office, you can schedule an examination by a physiotherapist, who will determine the exact degree of deformity and devise an adequate exercise plan to correct it. The Kids package is intended for children aged 5 to 15. It is performed under the supervision of professional physiotherapists for 1 hour, every other day (3 times a week).
